The biggest differentiator between Norquip and its competitors is Norquip’s high level of service.  This is a reflection of Norquip’s ablilty to sell, design, deploy, support and service all of the products and solutions as a direct representative.  Even though we sell only the highest-quality equipment, we recognize that it sometimes needs service and repair.  Our Technical Services Group is staffed by well-trained technicians whose experience and expertise are second to none.  In addition to two-way radio repair and troubleshooting, Norquip offers extended warranties, service agreements, preventive maintenance plans, equipment installation and project management, turnkey system development and installation, radio site maintenance, and field service.
